Who is responsible

[Your name or company], [address], [email]. This is the controller of your data under the GDPR (AVG).

What we store

Your email, username, profile, year of birth, password (scrambled, never readable), the servers you join, your messages and files, your friends list, and the devices you are signed in on with their IP address. Voice and video are passed through our server live and are not recorded.

Why

Only to run Lexglomi for you (contract), to keep it safe and handle reports (legitimate interest and legal duties), and to send you account emails like password resets.

Where

On our own server at Contabo GmbH in Germany (EU). Sign-in with Google is optional; if you use it, Google tells us your name and email address. Link previews are fetched by our server, so the linked site sees our server, not you.

How long

As long as you have an account. When you delete your account, your profile is wiped right away; your messages remain in conversations under “Deleted user” unless you delete them first.

Your rights

You can download your data (Settings → My account → Download my data), correct it, or delete your account at any time. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. The app keeps your sign-in and settings in your browser's storage.
